Who took the name of a relative living abroad and told that he needed Rs 5 lakh for the treatment of a specialist. It was also said that the amount would be returned soon. On which he deposited an amount of Rs 5 lakh in the accounts given by the accused. Later, when he asked his relative living abroad, he came to know about the fraud. Jagdeep, investigating officer of cyber police station, said that on the complaint of Karambir, the police have registered a case of fraud against an unknown person and started investigation.
