Mojtaba Khamenei has clearly warned America and Israel that unless Israeli attacks against Lebanon stop completely, no ceasefire agreement is possible in the region. ‘Now only jihad and resistance are the only way left’
Responding to the loyalty letter sent by Hezbollah chief Sheikh Naim Qasim, Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei shared a series of messages on social media platform X. He said that in the current situation there is no other way left to fight against Israel except ‘jihad and resistance’. Paying tribute to the late former head of Hezbollah, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, and other commanders killed in the war, Khamenei said that the sacrifices of these brave fighters have transformed the organization from a small plant to a huge tree today. He also praised the patience and courage of the common people of southern Lebanon.
Iran’s tough condition placed before America and Trump administration
This aggressive comment by Mojtaba Khamenei comes immediately after the high-profile meeting between US President Donald Trump and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun. During this meeting held at the White House, serious issues like complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanese territory, disarming of Hezbollah and providing American help to the Lebanese army were discussed. In response, Iran has made it clear that the biggest condition of any possible agreement with America would be an immediate stop to Israeli attacks on Lebanon. It is clear from this stand of Iran that this crisis in West Asia may deepen further in the coming days, due to which the turmoil in global politics has intensified.
