In such a situation, the responsibility of health workers is not only to give medicines but also to treat the patients with sensitivity and service (Service and Empathy). He said in a strong warning tone that any kind of negligence in one’s responsibility or misbehavior towards patients will not be tolerated and everyone will have to work diligently in their allotted deployment districts.
