Ranchi, March 15 (HS). The hearing on the petition challenging the appointment of constable was held in Jharkhand High Court on Friday. After hearing the arguments of all the parties related to this case during the hearing, the court has reserved the decision. Now it will be important to see what decision the court gives in this matter. The appointment of 6800 constables in the year 2015 has been challenged in the High Court by the applicant Sunil Tudu and others through writ number 04/2015.
The case was heard in the bench of the Acting Chief Justice. Earlier, the High Court had directed to issue notice to the constables appointed under advertisement number 04/2015. Along with this, the court had also directed that about 6800 constables appointed to the post of constable should be personally informed in writing that their appointment will be affected by the final order of the case.
