Ranchi, July 4 (HS). On the last working day of the tenure of Jharkhand High Court's acting Chief Justice S Chandrashekhar, the High Court lawyers bid him farewell on Thursday. The High Court Advocates Association organized a farewell function in the High Court premises.
Other Justices of the High Court, Advocate General Rajeev Ranjan, President of State Bar Council, Senior Advocates of the High Court, Members of the Council, President of Advocate Association Ritu Kumar, General Secretary Naveen Kumar and other executive members including Additional Advocate General and all the Advocates of the High Court were present at the farewell function.
The acting Chief Justice expressed his gratitude for the honour given to him by the lawyers at his farewell. He also expressed his gratitude to all the subordinate employees and officers and said that he will always remember the work done in Jharkhand. Advocate Association President Ritu Kumar and General Secretary Naveen Kumar wished him a bright future.
It is noteworthy that Acting Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court S Chandrashekhar has been appointed Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court.
