Ranchi, 18 October (HS). Jharkhand High Court, while hearing the petition filed by Nishant Abhishek and others on Friday, has directed the Mining Secretary to be physically present on November 25.
The court had ordered service confirmation but the order was not complied with. During the hearing, the petitioners told the court that this is a violation of the court's order. This case was heard in the court of High Court Justice Dr SN Pathak. Senior advocates Ajit Kumar and Aparajita Bhardwaj argued on behalf of the petitioners.
