Jharkhand Cabinet approves 29 proposals, now Rs 2,500 per month will be given from Chief Minister Mainiyan Samman Yojana

Ranchi, 14 October (HS). A total of 29 proposals were approved in the cabinet meeting held on Monday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. In the meeting, it was decided to give an honorarium of Rs 2500 per month instead of Rs 1000 per month to the eligible beneficiary women of the state under the Chief Minister Maniya Samman Yojana.

This means that instead of Rs 12 thousand, women will get Rs 30 thousand in a year. Under this scheme, which started in August, an amount of Rs 1,000 is being sent to women. There are preparations to send Rs 2500 from December. 50 lakh women will benefit from this and the government will have to bear an additional financial burden of Rs nine crore annually.

After the cabinet meeting, Cabinet Secretary Vandana Dadel said that an amount of Rs 43 crore eight lakh was approved for the development of Netarhat tourism area and land acquisition. On the lines of Netarhat Vidyalaya, residential schools will be opened in Chaibasa, Dumka as well as Bokaro. Approval of road project worth Rs 109 crore in Garhwa up to Bilaspur West Birbal Chowk. The total amount of Anganwadi centers being built through convergence with MNREGA will be Rs 11.66 lakh. Decision to pay the full amount by adding the service period of Krishna Rai Jal Division Dumka to the daily salary period. Approval to establish science and mathematics laboratories in 50 primary schools under Gyanodaya Yojana. Rs 38 crore was sanctioned to clear the dues of Bihar State Construction Corporation Limited.

Orphans and disabled children will get free tuition fees.

Other decisions of the cabinet

Approval was given to give free tuition fees for higher education to disabled and orphan children of the state. 24 crores will be spent annually on this scheme. This tuition fee will be given a maximum of Rs 10 lakh annually. They will have to bear this themselves. In this, ₹ 4000 per month will be given for higher education. No separate amount will be given for expenses like hostel etc.

-Under National Education, four year degree program scheme was approved in the Government University under Jharkhand.

-Teachers and employees working in Kasturba Vidyalaya will be provided fund facility.

Approval was given to run the education system run in Madrasa minority schools in the state completely under the state scheme.

-In Ranchi University, approval was given to convert the service of net pass class based teachers serving in Ranchi headquarters and various approved colleges into need based service.

-The scheme was approved to compete in higher educational institutions. 20 crores will be spent.

Approval of Rs. 40 crore was given for the establishment of degree college in Thakur Gang T under Godda district.

-A scheme of Rs 38 crore approved for the establishment of Women's College, Baharagora. Plan approved for dual degree in government university.

-The appointment and service conditions of Director in Rinpas Ranchi were amended. Rs 254 crore was sanctioned for the construction of Government Engineering College, Jamshedpur Baharagora. A plan of Rs 136 crore was approved for the construction of Government Polytechnic Potka, Jamshedpur.

Plans will be made for the upliftment of more than 15 lakh tribals of Jharkhand living in Assam.

-More than 15 lakh tribals living in Assam who have not yet got ST status are included in OBC, Jharkhand government will bring many schemes for them. For this, an all-party committee will be sent to Assam under the leadership of the Tribal Welfare Minister. After getting information about the situation there, many schemes will be brought for their benefit.

-Coordination will also be done with the Government of India and the Government of Assam for this. The Cabinet Secretary said that about 70 percent of the population in Assam is tribals, in which about 15 lakh 20 to 22 percent people are from Jharkhand. They will be provided facilities under government schemes.

-Para teachers and teaching staff, assistant teachers etc. working in Kasturba Vidyalaya will get the benefit of EPFO ​​scheme.
