Koderma, July 17 (HS). 62 thousand assistant teachers of Jharkhand will sit on indefinite dharna at the Chief Minister's residence from July 20. The district president of the Morcha, Virendra Kumar Rai, said on Wednesday that Hemant Soren had said during the elections that as soon as our government comes, the pay scale of Para Teachers will be implemented within three months. But four and a half years have passed and it has not been completed.

All the assistant teachers, female teachers and para teachers of 24 districts have come to the Chief Minister's residence to protest for their demands like pay scale, EPF, compassionate allowance, retirement benefits, death and accident benefits, four percent municipal area allowance every year etc. Thousands of people from Koderma will participate in the siege of the Chief Minister's residence.
