Jhajjar, 6 April (Hindustan Reporter) Two people committed suicide in separate cases in the district. The bodies were handed over to the relatives after post-mortem on Saturday. One of the dead was the only brother of four sisters.
51 year old Ajit, resident of Amadalpur, was mentally disturbed for several days. At 5 am on Saturday morning, he went to his brother's house and ended his life by hanging himself there. Police were informed about this. After receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took the body into custody and took it to the civil hospital. After post-mortem the body was handed over to the relatives. The deceased's son Yashveer told that his father used to work as a daily wage laborer and was mentally disturbed for many days. On Saturday morning, he went to his uncle's house and committed suicide by hanging himself. The police is investigating the matter
In Dhaud village, a person committed suicide due to suspicious circumstances. His body was found hanging from a tree in the plot. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The police took the body into custody and sent it to the civil hospital for post-mortem. After post-mortem the body was handed over to the relatives. According to the information, 41-year-old Dharmendra, resident of Dhaud village, was unmarried and used to work as a farmer. He has four sisters and one brother. He was the only earning person in the family. He ended his life by committing suicide by hanging himself from a tree in his plot. Investigating officer ASI Sanjay said that the police had received information that a person named Dharmendra had committed suicide by hanging himself in Dhaud village. He was mentally disturbed. The police took immediate action on the statement of the deceased's brother and handed over the body to the family members after postmortem.
