After the end of the first day’s play, India maintained its dominance in bowling. Bumrah took 4 important wickets in the match on the first day. He dismissed Usman Khawaja, Nath McSweeney, Steve Smith and captain Pat Cummins. Bumrah is consistently performing well for Team India in all three formats. On the first day, he took 4 wickets for 17 runs in 10 overs. Apart from him, Siraj took 2 wickets for 17 runs in 9 overs and Harshit Rana, playing his debut match, took 1 wicket.
