Janjgir: Sweep shot cricket match organized under sweep program

Korba/Janjgir-Champa 19 April (HIST). Under the direction of Collector and District Election Officer Akash Chhikara and guidance of District Panchayat CEO Gokul Raote, various activities are being organized under the well-organized Voter Education and Electoral Participation Program (SWEEP). In the same sequence, a sweep shot cricket match was organized today between EVM 11 and VVPAT 11 under the sweep program in the district Panchayat Baloda campus on Friday.

EVM 11 scored 54 runs in seven overs match. In response to which VVPAT 11 scored only 49 runs in 7 overs. EVM 11 won this match by 5 runs. In the end, teams and players were rewarded by taking oath for voting under the sweep. Along with this, voting signature campaign was conducted for voter awareness. Which will also be organized in all the gram panchayats.
