Janhvi Kapoor is busy these days in the promotion of her upcoming film “Mr. and Mrs. Mahi”. Her and Rajkumar Rao's film will be released on 31st May. She is giving an interview on this occasion. In one such interview, she expressed her opinion about Mahatma Gandhi, Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar and Dalit society. This video of her is becoming very viral on social media.
”While speaking to the media, Janhavi commented on the Gandhi-Ambedkar ideological debate. Janhavi said, “I think it is a great thing to see the ideological debate between Ambedkar and Gandhi. It is very interesting to see the debate between what Gandhi and Ambedkar really want, and how their views on a particular issue keep changing and how they influence. Both have helped our society a lot.”
Janhavi further added, “Ambedkar sahab was very strict and clear-minded from the beginning. But I think Mahatma Gandhi's approach evolved, as he sharply exposed the caste-based discrimination in our society. There is a big difference between learning about it from a third person's perspective and experiencing it yourself.”
Janhvi was asked if she ever had to talk about caste when she was in school. She replied no. “Not only in my school, but caste was never discussed at home either,” Janhvi said.
Meanwhile, this video of Janhvi Kapoor is going viral on social media. Janhvi is being called “beauty with brains” on social media.
