- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

How to make Jalaram Paratha
- In a large bowl, mix wheat flour, salt, baking powder, celery, some ghee and oil well.
- – Now add water and knead a fine dough. – Then keep this dough for 10-15 minutes.
- Then make a loaf slightly bigger than the roti from the dough.
- – Now roll a big round roti. Then apply oil on half of it and fold it. – Then apply oil again on half the part and fold it also. – Then with the help of Velan, weave this triangle shaped paratha again.
