Jalandhar Police gets big success, gangster who imported drugs and weapons from across the border arrested, 3 kg heroin and 2 pistols recovered.

Jalandhar: In a major blow to the cross-border drug smuggling network, Jalandhar Commissionerate Police has arrested an associate of Jaipal Bhullar gang and recovered heroin and weapons. Investigation revealed that this racket was importing heroin from Pakistan. FIR has been registered under NDPS Act. The DGP said that Punjab Police is committed to disrupting the drug supply chain and making our state drug free.

The arrested gangster Serj alias Bhau is a resident of Firozpur who along with Chandu, a close associate of gangster Jaipal, used to import weapons and drugs from across the border. Jalandhar Commissionerate Police recovered three kilos of heroin and two illegal weapons from him. Let us tell you here that more than 50 criminal cases are registered against Jaipal Bhullar in different districts of Punjab.
