Jaipur, 9 November (Hindustan Reporter). Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph held a public hearing at Vaishali Nagar police station on Saturday and heard the problems of the complainants and also gave instructions to the concerned officers to resolve them on the spot.
During this, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime) Kunwar Rashtradeep, Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Amit Kumar, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Alok Singhal, Assistant Commissioner of Police Vaishali Nagar Alok Kumar Gautam along with the concerned SHO and officers of the police station were present.
Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph said that during the public hearing, the problems of the complainants are being resolved on the spot. He said that due to this positive initiative of the police, confidence among the common people and fear among criminals is increasing. He said that to provide relief to the common people, public hearings are being held every day in all the police stations. The Police Commissioner said that during the public hearing, complaints including mutual lawsuits, family disputes, land disputes, possession of houses, double lease of land, illegal possession, theft, assault, threats and other complaints were received in the area. He gave instructions to investigate all the complaints and resolve them in the shortest possible time. He also instructed the concerned officers to immediately respond and resolve the problems of the complainants.
It is noteworthy that earlier the Police Commissioner had given relief to hundreds of complainants by holding public hearing in Shiprapath, Kanota, Kardhani, Vidyadharnagar, Shivdaspura, Bagru, Chaumu, Pratapnagar, Jaisinghpura Khor and Jawahar Circle police stations. The special thing about the public hearing was that the problems of the complainants were resolved on the spot. Instructions were also given for quick resolution of other time-consuming problems. During the public hearing, the complainants of Jaipur (West) Police Station Vaishali Nagar, Karni Vihar, Chitrakoot area found solution by telling their problems to the Police Commissioner.
