Jaipur, 29 September (HS). A grand event of AU Jaipur Cyclothon was organized in Pink City Jaipur on Sunday on the occasion of World Heart Day. Where the city residents gave the message of awareness towards heart health and cleanliness. The objective of the event was to highlight the importance of heart health and support the cleanliness drive through cycling. AU Jaipur Cyclothon organized by Jaipur Runners Club, Rotary District 3056 and Sanskriti Yuva Sanstha. The cooperation of AU Small Finance Bank, Eternal Hospital and Jaipur Municipal Corporation was also included in this. Indian Institute of Event Management (IIEMR) played an important role in this cyclothon.

Suresh Mishra, President of Sanskriti Yuva Sansthan, Deepak Jain, Chief Risk Officer of AU Small Finance Bank, Anil Agarwal, MD of NAV Back Office, Pramod Jain Pahadia, MD of ARL Infratech Limited, Rajesh Agarwal, Chairman of City Vibes, Governor of Rotary District 3056. Rakhi Gupta, Director of JPIS Group Jayshree Periwal, Director of Interventional Cardiology of EHCC Hospital, Dr. Sanjeev Sharma and Commissioner of Shri Annapurna Rasoi Yojana and State Nodal Officer Naveen Bhardwaj were present as chief guests. Along with this, Jaipur Runners Club founder Ravi Goenka, AU Jaipur Cyclothon organizer Mukesh Mishra, Cyclothon co-chairman Advocate Kamlesh Sharma, Jaipur Runners Club President Praveen Tijaria and AU Jaipur Cyclothon program coordinator Deepak Sharma Bagra and others of the organizing committee. Members were also present.
Chief guest Pandit Suresh Mishra said that cycling is very important for our health, as it not only keeps the heart healthy but also inspires us to adopt an active and fit lifestyle. In today's time, we should give priority to our heart health and make regular exercise an integral part of life.
Dr. Sanjeev Sharma, Director of Interventional Cardiology, EHCC Hospital, said that the three important parameters for a healthy heart are healthy diet, physical health, and stress management. He stressed the need for awareness of fitness and adopting the right lifestyle. Dr. Sharma also said, 'World Heart Day is organized with the aim of making people aware of healthy lifestyle. This time, under the theme Use Heart for Action, AU Jaipur Cyclothon has given an important message that by participating in morning activities, we all can take steps towards a healthy heart.
AU Jaipur Cyclothon organizer Mukesh Mishra and Jaipur Runners Club co-founder Ravi Goenka said that in this cyclothon, different ride categories were kept for participants of all ages and fitness levels. It included a 2 km Junior Ride, 5 km Joy Ride, 10 km Fun Ride, 25 km Fit Ride, 50 km Tiger Jagjit Singh Memorial Ride, and 100 km D Jaipur Ride. All rides originated from Gandhi Circle and passed through Apex Circle, D-Mart, Akshay Patra Junction, and Bombay Hospital and ended at Gandhi Circle again. During the ride, the participants showcased their energy and cycling skills. The event not only promoted fitness but also served to unite the city residents. Cycling enthusiasts of all ages celebrated their talents and demonstrated their dedication to fitness through these rides.
Great display of fitness and community spirit
Participants of all ages displayed their amazing talent and enthusiasm during the rides. Notably, some participants proved their excellent fitness and determination by completing the 100 km ride in just less than two hours. Sharing this experience, Deepak Sharma said that the 100 km D Jaipur ride is not only an exciting experience, but it also unites the people of Jaipur. It is not just a test of physical ability, but also a special moment that encourages community spirit. Naveen Prakash Gupta, who completed the 25 km fit ride, shared his experience and said that he completed his ride in just one hour, which not only boosted my fitness but also inspired me that we all should be active and Healthy lifestyle should be adopted. Such activities motivate us to pay attention to ourselves and give priority to our health.
