Jai Ram Thakur sought immediate action against the officers responsible in the Kaza case.

Mandi, May 21 (HS). Former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has held Kaza and Lahaul administration completely responsible for disrupting the BJP rally in Kaza of Lahaul Spiti on Monday, raising slogans of go back to BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut and showing black flags.

The former Chief Minister has also alleged that all this was done at the behest of the state government. While talking to journalists in Mandi late evening on Monday, Jai Ram Thakur said that this has happened for the first time in the history of the state. The Kaza administration allowed Congress to hold a parallel demonstration at the same place where BJP had taken permission for the rally. When his rally was going on it was disrupted. When he and candidate Kangana Ranaut started coming back towards the helipad, their convoy was stopped. They were attacked with sticks and stones. Rohan Kapoor, a rescue worker, suffered injuries and his leg was broken. The whole incident has been very shameful. State BJP has complained about this to the Election Commission. Demanded a high level investigation and demanded immediate action against the responsible officials. He alleged that all this was done deliberately. There is complete evidence of this. This matter has also been brought to the attention of the high command.

Here, he has called Vikramaditya's statement in which he said that the temples that Kangana Ranaut is visiting will be purified and cleaned later, very unfortunate and a blatant violation of the code of conduct. He termed the words being used by the Congress for Kangana as against the decorum of Devbhoomi and warned the Congress leaders to refrain otherwise there is a lot to say against them as well. Do not test our patience otherwise be prepared for yourself as well.
