On this occasion, Public Works Minister Rakesh Singh said, the relationship between brother and sister is unbreakable and sacred and in India there is an ancient tradition of celebrating Rakshabandhan as a festival of brother-sister relationship. He said that while tying Rakhi on the brother's wrist, the sister gives love and blessings to her brother, in the same way the brother also promises his sisters to stand with them in every situation and by carrying out this tradition of ours, the Bharatiya Janata Party is celebrating this festival with great enthusiasm. He said that today party officials and worker sisters, councilor sisters and member sisters of self-help groups have tied Raksha Sutra on me and given their blessings.
