Jabalpur, 21 May (HS). Collector Deepak Saxena paid a courtesy visit to Dada Guru at Madan Mahal in Shimla Hills on Tuesday. During this, the instructions issued by the Directorate of Public Health and Medical Education were discussed, which mainly related to research on the sadhana of Mahayogi Dada Guru and establishing its authenticity authentically on the world stage.
As per the instructions of the Directorate, a committee of experts has been constituted by the Dean Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College for this work. In which the Chairman will be former Professor, Cardiology and former Vice Chancellor MPMSU Jabalpur Dr. RS Sharma and members will be Assistant Professor Medicine Dr. Prashant Punekar, Assistant Professor Pathology Department Dr. Rajesh Mahobia, Chairman of Narmada Mission Mr. Nilesh Rawal. The committee will regularly check Dada Guru's pulse, blood pressure, ECG, etc., as per requirement, blood, sugar, cholesterol, urea, uric acid, etc. tests will also be done, as per requirement, other tests as deemed appropriate by the committee will also be done. The Registrar will submit the investigation report to the Medical Council after 3 weeks.
It was also instructed that the above work should be done with utmost care and Dada Guru should be kept under constant surveillance for 24 hours and 7 days. It is noteworthy that Dada Guru has been consuming only Narmada water for more than 3 years and 7 months. In such a situation, the Directorate of Public Health and Medical Education has decided to do research on what elements are there in Narmada water due to which a person can survive for such a long time without consuming food. Collector Shri Saxena also gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials regarding various precautions related to research.
