Why running may not be good for you: There is no doubt that running is a healthy exercise that can have many benefits such as maintaining weight, good heart health and good mental health. However, in some cases running is not a wise move. Dr. Imran Ahmed told that for whom running is not good for health, if certain symptoms are seen in the body then one should stop immediately.

You should not race in these conditions

1. Respiratory diseases

Some people have trouble breathing, so running can be risky, especially during cold and pollution. People who have diseases like asthma or bronchitis should take special care of this.

2. Heart related problems

For people who already have heart disease, running fast can put pressure on the heart, which can lead to heart pain, arrhythmias, or heart attack. Due to this many people lose their lives. You must have heard that many people die suddenly in the gym, so it is important to be careful.

3. Joint pain or injury

Sometimes running on hard surfaces like roads and treadmills can prove harmful, especially for those who have joint pain or muscle injuries. Running can worsen shin splints, tendonitis, and knee pain. So in these problems, walk on grass, but do not run on hard surface.

4. Stomach problems

If you have any digestive problem then running for a long time can worsen the stomach problems. If you have a problem like constipation then it is better to avoid running.

5. Lack of nutrition

To run healthy, it is important that your body has all kinds of nutrients, which provide energy and help in muscle recovery when needed. If there is deficiency of vitamins, minerals and calories in the body, then first of all it is important that you fulfill your dietary needs.
