Experts say that cancer lumps are often hard and unable to move under the skin. The shape of these lumps may be uneven or irregular, whereas normal lumps are smooth. Most cancer lumps are painless, although some may be sensitive. If the lump continues to grow even after periods, it can be worrying.
Other visible symptoms of breast cancer
Doctors say that in case of breast cancer, symptoms like wrinkles in the skin, discharge of blood or fluid from the nipple or inversion of the nipple may be seen. Along with this, sudden weight gain may also occur.

It is important for health to check yourself regularly to identify any changes. This should be done once a month when there is no breast pain, especially a few days after periods. For this, use the pads of your fingers to apply light pressure in a circular motion on the entire area and check for lumps or changes.
