Amidst the ongoing war against Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Israeli Army has once again issued a stern warning to Iran. Israel has said that if Iran retaliates against Israel for last week's attack on Tehran, it will have to pay a heavy price. Israel has also said that this time those targets in Iran will be targeted which have not been targeted till now.
Israel's military chief warned
Israel's military chief, Lieutenant General Harzi Halevi, said he would take “very, very strong” action against Iran if it made the mistake of launching another missile attack on Israel. “If Iran makes a mistake and fires a missile at Israel, we know how to reach Iran, this time with some selected targets in Iran with the capabilities that we have used so far,” he said. Because we have to do it again. “It's not over yet, we're still in the middle of it.”
Israel attacked Iran
It is noteworthy that earlier this month, Iran had attacked Israel with a ballistic missile. In response, Israeli fighter planes have attacked Iran's military bases and missile production facilities. Since then, tension between Israel and Iran has reached its peak, regarding which Israel has warned.
'Iran should not make mistakes'
After Israel's attack on Iran, America had also warned Iran about the possibility of retaliatory attack in future. After talking to Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said that Iran should not make the mistake of responding to the Israeli attack.
