Israel will achieve complete victory within a few weeks after Rafah war: Benjamin Netanyahu

Tel Aviv: Gaza-Strip ceasefire talks are ongoing. At that time Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had said that the war would end only after complete victory over Hamas.

It is well known that about 1.4 million Palestinians live in tent cities near the city of Rafar in the Gaza Strip.

Gaza ceasefire talks are resuming in Doha at Egypt's request. However, Netanyahu says that no matter how many negotiations or agreements are made, the attack on Rafar will not stop. In an interview with CBS, Netanyahu said that even if there is an agreement (on a ceasefire), there will be some relaxation, it will be late, but it will happen.

He further said: Even if there is no agreement, we will reach an agreement at any cost because complete victory is our goal. And now it is not even a few months away. (Total victory) is just a few weeks away. There are only so many chances we can restart the process.

It is noteworthy that, on Friday, the Israeli delegation reached Paris and again discussed the ceasefire and mutual release of prisoners. After this, talks have resumed in Doha, in which representatives of Palestine are also present. However, observers believe that Netanyahu is not ready to give up his insistence.
