In the petition, the High Court was requested to order de-sealing till the final decision. It was also argued in the petition that this house is the property of the provincial government. Its sealing is illegal. Also, taking possession of government vehicles after sealing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House is also illegal.
Chief Justice, Farooq, after hearing the initial arguments, ordered the de-sealing of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House. It is noteworthy that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) had sealed A and B blocks of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House a few days ago.
