While filling the application form, you have to upload your correct documents (like Aadhaar card, high school mark sheet) on the basis of which the board will match your data. Your revised certificate will be issued only after the correction process is successfully completed. Keep in mind that every candidate applying under this process will have to pay a fee of ₹ 200 online, without which the form will not be accepted.
