To check the purity of tea leaves, you can also test it with tissue paper. For this, put two spoons of tea leaves on a tissue paper and sprinkle some water on it, then dry this tissue paper in the sun. If colored spots or marks are visible on the tissue paper, then the tea leaves are adulterated. Tissue paper will be cleaner than real tea leaves.
