1. Regular Exercise:
If you do off-moderate level of exercise daily, it will help strengthen the heart and improve its function. You should take out 30 to 60 minutes daily for workout. By doing this the risk of heart attack will reduce to a great extent. If you can’t go to the gym, take a walk, climb stairs, and try lifting heavy weights.
2. Eat a balanced diet : no matter how much
You exercise, but if your diet is not balanced, it will be difficult to move towards better health. People who take a balanced diet, their heart rate starts moving at a regular pace. On the other hand, if you eat too much oily, salty, fried and trans fat foods, then heart health will be at risk.
3. Don’t take
Stress: Our elders have often said, ‘Worry is just like worry.’ This means that if we do not keep our mental health good, it will become difficult to keep the body healthy. People who take too much stress and tension, their heartbeat becomes irregular.
Most health experts recommend that a young person should sleep 7 to 8 hours a day. If you do not do this or disturb the sleep cycle, it can cause your heartbeat to become irregular.
