1. Bending the neck

Bending the neck is a very effective exercise to get relief from neck pain. For this, sit straight and slowly tilt your head to one side, as if you are trying to touch your ear with your shoulder. Now repeat the same process in the other direction also. Hold this stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat 3-4 times. This exercise reduces tension in the neck muscles and increases flexibility.

2. Shoulder Roll

Shoulder roll is a great exercise to reduce shoulder pain. To do this, stand straight or sit and rotate your shoulders in circular motion. First rotate the shoulders in the forward direction 10 times, then rotate the shoulders 10 times in the backward direction. This exercise increases blood circulation in the shoulder and neck areas and helps in reducing tension in the muscles.

3. Chin tuck

Chin tuck exercise is done to strengthen the neck muscles. To do this, keep your back straight and slowly pull your chin inwards, as if you are trying to make a double chin. Stay in this position for a few seconds and then slowly come back to normal position. Repeat this 10-15 times. This exercise not only provides relief from neck pain but also helps in improving posture.
