According to Google, when these VOICE and Audio Activity settings are turned off, voice input from interactions with Google Search, Assistant, and Maps are not saved to your Google Account. Google keeps rolling out new features to its users from time to time. Some features are visible while others are hidden. Many features are also related to data and privacy, collecting audio recordings from your web and app activities.
Google says they are doing this only to listen to orders and promote marketing efforts. But this is also being seen as a violation of privacy.
Google also gives you the option to control this under Data and Privacy. With this, you can enable or disable voice and audio activity.
First, open the Settings app on your Android phone or tablet and then go to Google.
After this click on Manage your Google Account and then go to Data and Privacy.
Then tap on Web & App Activity in History settings. Then uncheck the Include voice and audio activity box.
