Indian Embassy urges citizens to follow safety protocols

Keeping in mind the seriousness of the situation, the Indian Embassy in Israel on Sunday issued an advisory for Indian nationals living there, urging them to remain calm and follow the safety protocols issued by the local authorities.

Indian citizens requested to register at the Embassy

The Indian Embassy said it is closely monitoring the situation over the Iran-Israel attack and is in touch with both authorities and foreign nationals to ensure the safety of Indian citizens. The Embassy has also issued its 24X7 emergency helpline and requested Indian nationals to register with the Embassy and those who have not yet registered, to do so immediately.


These documents will be required for registration

The registration form asks for passport number, name, email ID, mobile number, occupation and residential address in Israel, among other details. “In view of the recent incidents in the region, all Indian nationals in Israel are advised to remain calm and follow the safety protocols issued by the local authorities,” the advisory said.
