IPO will happen this week, 7 new issues will open, 12 companies will be listed.

IPO: The primary market is buzzing again this week. Shares of 12 companies will be listed on the stock exchange this week. Whereas 7 new IPOs will open for subscription.

Of these, the IPO of Virat Kohli-invested Go Digit General Insurance, the only one in the mainboard segment, will open for subscription. Whereas in the SME segment, IPOs of Quest Laboratories, Indian Emulsifier, Mandeep Auto Industries, Veritas Advertising will open this week.

The company has fixed the price band of the IPO at Rs 258-272. The IPO will open on 15 May. The IPO is a fresh issue of Rs 1,125 crore. 5.47 crore shares have been placed under offer for sale. Their face value is Rs 10/share.

Veritas Advertising

The price band for this Rs 8.48 crore IPO has been fixed at Rs 109-114. This is a very fresh issue, in which 7.44 lakh shares have been put up for sale. This issue will open on May 15 in NSE SME segment.

Mandeep Auto Industries

The price band of Rs 25.25 crore for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 67/share. The IPO is a completely fresh issue, in which 37.68 lakh shares will be sold, it will be listed in the NSE SME segment.

Quest Laboratories

The price band for the Rs 43.16 crore IPO has been fixed at Rs 93-97/share. The offer will open on May 15 and is a fresh issue of only 44.5 lakh shares.

Mainboard and SME IPOs during the week

Hariom Flour and Spices

The IPO price has been kept at Rs 48 per share and the issue size is Rs 5.54 crore. The IPO will open on May 16 and there will be a fresh issue of only 11.55 lakh shares.

Rulka Electricals

The price band for the IPO worth Rs 26.40 crore has been fixed at Rs 223-235/share. The issue will open for subscription on May 16 and is a fresh issue of Rs 19.80 crore. While 2.81 lakh shares have been placed under offer for sale.

There will be a total of 12 listings this week starting May 13. There are 3 main boards in this section. These include Indigene Limited, TBO Tech and Aadhaar Housing Finance main board companies.

Other NSE SME companies include Premier Roadlines, Aztec Fluids & Machinery Ltd, Pyotex Industries.
