Team India’s star spin bowler R Ashwin hosted a mock auction on his YouTube channel ahead of the IPL 2025 mega auction. In which Royal Challengers Bangalore franchise included many surprising names in its team. In which the names of former Delhi Capitals opener David Warner and former Rajasthan Royals fast bowler Trent Boult are also included.

Warner-Boult joins RCB

David Warner and Trent Boult went to RCB in the mock auction held on R Ashwin’s YouTube channel. While RCB spent Rs 5 crore for Warner, they bought Trent Bolton for Rs 13.50 crore. After which Warner is being seen as Virat Kohli’s partner in RCB. Actually, Royal Challengers Bangalore has released its captain Faf du Plessis and fast bowler Mohammed Siraj before the mega auction. After which now the franchise needs an opening batsman and a fast bowler.

Warner scored the most runs against RCB

Actually, David Warner was playing in IPL for Delhi Capitals for a long time. Earlier, Warner had played cricket for Sunrisers Hyderabad and also led the team to the title. The special thing is that Warner has scored the most runs against RCB in IPL. Warner has so far scored 985 runs while batting against RCB. But the player went to RCB in the mock auction.

Apart from this, RCB bought Venkatesh Iyer as the second most expensive player in the mock auction. RCB spent Rs 12 crore in mock auction for Iyer. Apart from this, Will Jackson was once again bought by RCB for Rs 7.5 crore.
