Internal Committee meeting of Shiromani Committee today, date of convening of Journal Session to present the Annual Budget 2024-25 will be announced

Amritsar : The meeting of the internal committee of Shiromani Gurdwara Management Committee will be held in the main office today. In this meeting to be held under the leadership of Chairman Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, while the date of convening the general meeting to present the annual budget 2024-25 will be announced, important works of Gurdwara Section 85 and 87 will also be discussed. ,

The internal committee meeting will also discuss Sikh issues, including the ongoing hunger strike of Bandi Singh and Amritpal Singh in Dibrugarh jail and their comrades and their family members on Amritsar Heritage Road. Their main demand is that Amritpal Singh and his associates lodged in Dibrugarh jail should be transferred to Punjab, for which the Shiromani Committee will decide the next strategy to put pressure on the government. During the ongoing farmers' struggle, a proposal can also be passed by the Shiromani Committee to provide assistance of Rs 1 lakh each to the families of martyred farmers like in the previous struggle.
