Dholpur, 29 September (Hindustan Reporter). State President of All Rajasthan State Employees Joint Federation Rajendra Rana reached Dholpur on Sunday on a one-day stay. Here at Dholpur Circuit House, officials of various organizations associated with the federation welcomed him and submitted memorandum regarding their demands.

In the meeting of representatives of employee organizations, state president of the federation Rajendra Rana said that the interest of the employees of Rajasthan is paramount in the organization. A detailed action plan has been prepared by the federation to fulfill the demands of the employees. Under this, on the nationwide call of the National Employees Federation, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2, 2024, the District Officers of the Federation (Unified) in all the districts of Rajasthan will garland the statue of Gandhiji and perform Gandhian methods and submit a memorandum to the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister. Former District President of Employees Federation Keshav Singh Rana said that the reins of the organization are in the hands of Rajendra Rana, son of Dholpur. Therefore, every employee of Dholpur is a part of the state organization. All the officers should work unitedly in the interest of the employees, so that their demands can be fulfilled.

District President of the Federation, Prabhat Sharma said that about Rs 41 thousand crore withheld by the Central Government from the employees of Rajasthan under NPS head should be returned to the state government and deposited in the GPF accounts of the employees. Along with this, old pension should be implemented in the entire country. In the meeting, discussions were held on other demands including constituting the Eighth Pay Commission, implementing a uniform National Pay Commission in the entire country, making public the reports of the committees sent regarding pay discrepancies of Rajasthan employees, and increasing the pay scales. District General Secretary Jitendra Kumar, former District President Vinod Jha, Zakir Hussain, Vikram Rajoria, Vinod Chaudhary, Niranjan Tomar, Rashik Veg and Parvez Khan and other employee leaders were present in the meeting.
