Patel Patidar Dangi Samaj expressed anger over the insult of the Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's statue by garlanding it with shoes and slippers by some youths during a procession in Bareilly police station area of Uttar Pradesh. Patel Samaj submitted a memorandum to the Collector in the name of the Chief Minister and demanded strict action in the matter. Mahendra Dangi said that after the incident of bringing down the statue of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel from a tractor and insulting him in Ujjain earlier, now Sardar Patel has been insulted again, which will not be accepted now. If the accused are not given strict punishment, Shri Rashtriya Sardar Patel Sena will protest in Rajasthan.
State President Sunil Patel Nejpur said that this insult of the national hero Sardar Patel in Nawabganj under Bareilly police station of Uttar Pradesh is an insult to the country. The entire Patel Patidar Dangi community strongly condemns this incident. Patel community has submitted a memorandum to the collector in the name of the Chief Minister and has demanded that the Chief Minister of the state Bhajanlal Sharma should personally talk to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and the Home Minister of the country and arrest the miscreants who insulted Sardar Patel.
