Amethi, 22 April (HS). On the second day on Monday, polling personnel training was given in the presence of Chief Development Officer and Officer-in-Charge Personnel Suraj Patel at Manishi Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Gauriganj. Training was given by master trainers through projectors.
In the second day of training on Monday, out of 936 polling personnel, 935 polling personnel were present and one polling personnel, Umesh Pratap Singh, Principal, Block Education Officer, Jamon was absent. Instructions were given by the Chief Development Officer to stop their salary for the month of April 2024.
In the training, polling personnel were trained to connect EVM and VVPAT machines, connect control unit and valet unit and VVPAT, conduct mock poll, shield the mock poll slip by keeping it in an envelope, prepare voter register, ballot paper account, fill the diary of the presiding officer. Training was given on important things etc.
During the training, the Chief Development Officer directed the polling personnel to take the training seriously with full concentration, so that they do not have to face any kind of problem on the day of voting, whatever doubts they have should be resolved from their master trainer.
The CDO said that one should thoroughly understand all the procedures related to the EVM machine. He also directed the Master Trainer to train the polling personnel seriously and in a good manner so that the polling personnel understand the election process well and conduct the voting safely in the district.
Today, on the second day of the training, District Development Officer Tejbhan Singh, DC NRLM Praveena Shukla, District Basic Education Officer Sanjay Tiwari, Assistant In-charge Officer Personnel Ajay Singh and other concerned officers were present.
