Instructions to officers to be present in the gallery during Hemant Soren's trust vote in Jharkhand Assembly

Ranchi, July 6 (HS). All officials have been ordered to be present during the Jharkhand Assembly session. An order has been issued in this regard on Saturday from the office of the Principal Secretary of the Government, Vandana Dadel.

In a letter addressed to all the Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries of the state government along with the Director General of Police, heads of all departments, Deputy Commissioner of Ranchi and SSP, it has been said that the 16th session of the fifth Jharkhand Legislative Assembly will begin on July 8 at 11:00 am. It is mandatory for all officials to be present during this session.

In this order of the government, it has been said that under rule 139 of the procedure and working of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly, the Chief Minister has to move a motion of confidence in the Council of Ministers. After this, debate and voting is to take place. Therefore, all the officials will be present in the official gallery of the Legislative Assembly from 11:00 am on July 8 till the end of the proceedings of the Legislative Assembly.
