Ingredients for making chaat from stale rotis:
4 to 5 stale rotis
boiled potatoes
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 small cup boiled black gram
2 finely chopped onions
1 cup sweet curd
2 green chillies
1 tbsp chopped coriander
green chutney or tamarind chutney
1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
chilli powder
plain salt
Oil
Salty
pomegranate seeds
How to make chaat from stale rotis:
– First of all cut the stale rotis into thin pieces.
-Now turn them around and secure them with a toothpick.
-Heat oil in a pan.
Then fry the bread pieces until they become crisp and golden brown.
– When the bread pieces start turning golden, take them out from the oil.
Now keep these pieces in a separate bowl to cool.
– In another bowl, mix black gram, chaat masala, boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onions, salt as per taste and cumin powder.
– Arrange the fried bread pieces in a plate. Then, add green chutney or tamarind chutney, chopped coriander, namkeen and pomegranate seeds over them.
