1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin
1 finely chopped green chilli
4-5 curry leaves
1 large chopped onion
half teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chilli
salt as per taste

- – First of all, break the remaining rotis into small pieces. These pieces should not be very fine or very big.
- – After this, put the pan on the gas. Add some oil and when the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- – Now add chopped onion to it and fry until it turns light brown.
- – Now add bread pieces in it. – Add turmeric, chilli and salt to it.
- Mix it well up and down.
- -Cook the rotis for some time. If you like to eat it a little crispy, then let the rotis become crisp on low flame.
