2 or 4 loaves

1 teaspoon mustard seeds

1 teaspoon cumin

1 finely chopped green chilli

4-5 curry leaves

1 large chopped onion

half teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon chilli

salt as per taste

finely chopped coriander

  • – First of all, break the remaining rotis into small pieces. These pieces should not be very fine or very big.
  • – After this, put the pan on the gas. Add some oil and when the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  • – Now add chopped onion to it and fry until it turns light brown.
  • – Now add bread pieces in it. – Add turmeric, chilli and salt to it.
  • Mix it well up and down.
  • -Cook the rotis for some time. If you like to eat it a little crispy, then let the rotis become crisp on low flame.
  • – Remove from flame and add coriander and lemon juice. Lizi is a dish of quick rotis.
