Dhamtari, 20 August (HS). Collector Namrata Gandhi held a weekly time limit meeting in the Collectorate hall on Tuesday. She reviewed the pending cases of Chief Minister Jandarshan, Collector Jandarshan and time limit department wise. The collector also directed the SDM to install solar panels in houses consuming more than 500 units under Har Ghar Solar Yojana.

In the meeting, Collector Gandhi said that while resolving the applications received in the Chief Minister's Jandarshan, special attention should be paid to quality. The applications received in Jandarshan should be resolved within a week, which will be monitored at the state level. Under the Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyay Mahabhiyan (PM Janman), the work of collecting detailed family-wise data of 100% beneficiaries from schemes like PM Awas Yojana, Har Ghar Jal, Ayushman Card, Ujjwala etc. at the domestic level in the settlements of villages with special backward tribes will be done through online mobile app. For this, the collector instructed the concerned SDM to understand it with special interest. He has also asked to organize training.

In the meeting, the collector took information about the plantation done in the district. He also gave instructions to speed up the plantation under the Kisan Mitra Yojana and asked the departments which have not done plantation till now to plant saplings as soon as possible. The collector gave instructions in the meeting to make geo tagging of plantation mandatory.

The collector directed the concerned officials to convene a meeting of the peace committee in view of the Janmashtami festival in the coming days. He inquired about the action taken to remove stray animals from the roads. The collector inquired about the cases of illegal diversion in all the blocks of the district and the action taken against it. CEO District Panchayat Roma Srivastava, DFO Shrikrishna Jadhav, Additional Collector GR Markam and other district level officials were present in the meeting.
