Information given to students in the workshop on law and argument

Prayagraj, 26 October (Hindustan Reporter). A workshop on Legal Drafting and Pleading was organized under the aegis of IQAC at Ishwar Sharan Degree College, Center for Legal Education. The objective of this workshop was to focus on practical techniques and strategies used in the legal profession and to enhance the drafting and advocacy skills of law students and professionals.

The keynote speaker at the workshop, Shreya Gupta (also an eminent advocate of Allahabad High Court), with her wide experience in handling diverse legal matters, in her lecture imparted to the students valuable insights into the intricacies of drafting legal documents and the art of effective advocacy. Shared between. Along with this, students were made aware of the depth of advocacy with the help of relevant provisions of CPC 1908 and some important cases and laws. He also made the students aware of the basic nuances of drafting written statements along with debates and rhetoric in the court.

The keynote speaker also focused the students' attention on drafting of contracts and writs. In this workshop important aspects like structure of legal drafting, do's and don'ts in pleadings and recent developments in legal procedures were discussed.

College Principal Prof. Anand Shankar Singh, department coordinator Dr. Manoj Kumar Dubey, program coordinators Srishti Singh and Kartik Asthana and other teachers of the department were present in the program. The program was conducted by Aarushi Panthari, 7th semester student of the Law Department and Shivansh Srivastava, 7th semester student.
