Indore, 22 August (HS). Divisional Commissioner Deepak Singh reached Dhar on Thursday and reviewed the Revenue Maha Abhiyan 2.0 launched for quick resolution of revenue cases. He held a meeting of revenue officials at the Collector's office and also inspected various revenue courts. Collector Priyank Mishra and officials of other related departments were present on this occasion.

During the review meeting, the Divisional Commissioner directed that the Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar, Patwari should go to the area and set up a mobile court. Get the investigation report called on the spot and get the case resolved. He directed that it should be ensured that when they return from the camp, they should have some achievements with them. Efforts should be made to register revenue cases pro-actively. He directed all the SDMs to review the Revenue Maha Abhiyan daily. Review the disposal cases daily at the Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar level. Ensure quick resolution of revenue cases with better coordination.

After taking information about the efforts made for new case registration, he said that the status of registration and disposal of revenue cases in other tehsils should also be observed. He also praised the revenue officers of the district for their achievement in case disposal. He instructed that the Revenue Maha Abhiyan should be implemented effectively with priority. Complete the targets of the campaign within the stipulated time frame. Old pending revenue cases should be resolved with priority.

The Divisional Commissioner said that the revenue officers should visit their respective areas regularly and establish direct communication with the villagers and discuss about the resolution of revenue cases. Listen to their revenue related problems and resolve them on the spot. He gave necessary instructions while reviewing the revenue collection. He also directed to pay special attention to the collection of diversion tax. He also reviewed the progress of Samagra E KYC, map amendment, undisputed transfer and undisputed partition, record correction, ownership scheme etc.

In the meeting, Collector Priyank Mishra gave information about the progress of Revenue Maha Abhiyan. He informed that an ideal village is being prepared in every tehsil of the district in which there will be no pendency of revenue matters. It is being continuously reviewed whether proper procedure is being followed in resolving the matter or not. He also gave information about land acquisition for the railway line in the district. He gave information about the progress of PM Mitra Textile Park.

Divisional Commissioner inspected the Revenue Courts

After the meeting, the Divisional Commissioner also inspected various revenue courts. He inspected the Collector, Sub-Divisional Revenue and Tehsildar courts. He observed the Daayra Register in the said courts and inquired about the disposal of registered cases. He also inquired about the cases being disposed of through the RCMS portal. He directed that under the campaign, special attention should be paid to the disposal of old pending cases and they should be disposed of on priority.

Inspection of the record room

The Divisional Commissioner inspected the record room located in the Collector's office. He saw the various arrangements of the record room and also got information about the records. He instructed that the record room should be made better and safer. Additional Collector Ashwini Kumar Rawat and other officers were also present on this occasion.
