Flight Ticket Booking in WhatsApp: India's leading airline IndiGo With an aim to ease the steps for passengers, it has introduced an easier way to book flight tickets, the airline said. The service is also available in Tamil, Hindi and English.
IndiGo flights can be booked through WhatsApp, the airline said. The feature has been developed in collaboration with Google ReaFi technology to act as a portable digital travel agency. IndiGo claims that the feature offers a wide range of services including booking flight tickets, assisting with check-in, answering questions on boarding passes, and answering frequent queries about travel or flights.
How to book tickets?
- Firstly the customer has to send a WhatsApp message “Hi” to +91 7065145858.
- In response to this you will see some options.
- Shows many options including flight ticket booking, web check-in, boarding pass, flight status.
- – Now select 'Book Flight Ticket' option and reply.
- Select departure point, arrival point, date, time
- After answering all the questions the planes will appear.
- Select your preferred flight and proceed.
- Ticket will be available after completing online payment
