Indigo Airlines network closed: Thousands of passengers troubled at airports across the country | News India

IndiGo wrote on social media platform X, 'We are currently experiencing a temporary system slowdown in our network. This has affected our website and booking system. Due to this, the waiting time of customers has also increased. The check-in process has become slow and there are long queues of passengers at the airport.

Start trying to fix the problem

The company said, 'Our airport team is fully dedicated to helping all passengers and ensuring a smooth journey for them. We are trying to normalize the situation as soon as possible and resolve the technical glitch. We apologize for the inconvenience.' Passengers have given a strong reaction to this tweet of the company. A passenger wrote that Lucknow-Delhi flight number 6E2380 is delayed by more than an hour. People are sitting inside the plane and waiting for the plane to take off. Many passengers say that this has become a normal thing for IndiGo and the company should stop its service permanently.

Technical glitches occur from time to time

Let us tell you that this is not the first time that there has been a technical fault in Indigo, before this, two weeks ago, passengers had to wait for more than 18 hours inside the plane for the Indigo flight from Mumbai to Doha (Qatar). Even then the flight was delayed due to technical fault. In another such incident, a few days ago, passengers had to face problems in Delhi-Varanasi flight.
