The United Arab Emirates (UAE) government has simplified the visa process for people coming from other countries for work. With the new facility, you will be able to complete the work permit process in just five days. The Ministry of Human Resources on Tuesday, June 11, announced the expansion of work bundles for all companies in the country. Companies can now process all work permit and visa-related work bundles on a single platform.
Companies can access the official website for work bundles. This platform was launched in March-2024 and now its second phase has been launched. In the first phase, it was launched for Dubai companies. But now companies from all over the UAE can use this platform. This platform facilitates all employment related services. Processes like employment renewal, cancellation, medical examination and finger print can be done on a single platform.
How does this work?
The aim of bringing Work Bundle is to reduce the time taken in long processes related to employment and save this time for companies to invest in other tasks. Keeping this in mind, Work Bundle has been specially designed.
Work Bundle allows citizens of other countries to complete the job-related process in just five days. This includes operations related to visa and work permit. Where earlier 16 documents were required for a work permit. Now only five documents will be required. The employee will have to come only twice. One for medical examination and the other for biometric ID scan. All the remaining payment tasks are done through the payment work bundle.
The company provides the facility to issue new appointments, employee contracts, new work permits and work visas. Apart from this, medical examination, contract of workers, registration etc. are done on this platform.
