A youth from Hyderabad was also trapped in the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. The youth appealed to the Indian government for help through social media. After which the victim's family contacted AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi. On January 25, Owaisi wrote a letter to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and the Indian Embassy in Moscow. In which he demanded the government's intervention for the return of the youth.
