Three Indian tourists and a Nepali guide are reported missing in Kathmandu, Nepal. Nepali police said on Sunday that the four missing people were rescued safely within 10 hours. Police said that this group of Indian tourists has been rescued from Nagarkot forest of Nepal.
Muhan went missing from Pokhari Rani Jhula area
Police said that the three rescued Indian tourists have been identified as Nitin Tiwari, Rashmi Tiwari and Tanish Tiwari. Their Nepali guide's name is Hari Prasad Kharel. All four of them went missing from Muhan Pokhari Rani Jhula area in Nagarkot forest of Bhaktapur district, 30 km east of Kathmandu.
Accidentally went to a nearby forest area
According to the police, the three Indian nationals are aged between 30 and 40 years. Meanwhile, Shyam Krishna Shrestha, chairman of Changunarayan Ward No. 7 in Bhaktapur district, said three Indian tourists and their Nepali guide lost their way around 3 pm on Saturday.

According to Changunarayan Mayor Jeevan Khatri, he was found in the Halel Khopa area and was suffering from leech bites. Police said the four went missing as they could not find their way to the Rani Jhula area and mistakenly headed towards a nearby forest area.
Indian tourists were rescued safely
Nepali police said that as soon as the news of their disappearance spread, a rescue operation was launched by a team of armed police forces, public representatives and local residents. And within 10 hours everyone was rescued safely. Police said that the three rescued Indian tourists have returned safely to Kathmandu.
