After winning the T20 World Cup 2024 trophy, Team India will play a five-match T20 series against Zimbabwe. Team India has reached Zimbabwe for the series. Zimbabwe Cricket gave a special welcome to the Indian team, which brought it into the limelight. Team India reached Zimbabwe's international airport Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport on 3 July to play the series. After this, Zimbabwe Cricket has shared a video on social media. In which all the Indian players were seen leaving the airport. In the caption of this video, Zimbabwe Cricket wrote – “We welcome T20 World Cup champions India.” Zimbabwe Cricket is being praised a lot for this.

The first match of the five-match T20 series between India and Zimbabwe will be played on July 6. The second match will be played on July 7, the third on July 10, the fourth on July 13 and the fifth and last match of the series will be played on July 14.
