Indian student missing in Chicago since May 2, police search continues


Studying in America has been the dream of Indian students but for some time now this dream is turning into a nightmare. In fact, incidents of disappearance or murder of Indian students are continuously coming to light in America. Now once again an Indian student has gone missing from Chicago, America. The student has been identified as Rupesh Chandra Chintakindi, who has been missing since May 2.

The Consulate General of India in Chicago has said that it is in touch with the police and the Indian community living in the US. In a post shared on social media, the Consulate General wrote that the Consulate General is extremely concerned after hearing the news of the disappearance of Indian student Rupesh Chandra. The Embassy is in constant touch with the Indian community and the police and is hopeful that Rupesh will be found soon.

Chicago Police has appealed to the public that if they get any information about Rupesh, then share it with the police. Rupesh has been missing since May 2 from the 4300 block of N. Sheridan Road in Chicago. The number of deaths of Indian students in America has increased in recent times. Earlier in March, an Indian student had gone missing, whose body was recovered in April. This year, 11 Indian students have died in America due to various reasons.
