New Delhi: Railways has issued an important update for the passengers. If you are planning to travel somewhere by train then pay attention. Delhi PRS services will remain temporarily closed for several hours between midnight on 12-13 April. This means that no facility will be available during this period. These include reservation, cancellation, charting, PRS inquiry (also at counter 139), internet booking and EDR services. This is due to static and dynamic database activity. Services will be affected for about 4.30 hours. None of these services will be available from 11.45 pm on April 12 to 4.15 am on April 13.
Railways has given this information to save passengers from inconvenience. Chief Public Relations Officer Deepak Kumar said that between April 12-13, Delhi PRS service will be temporarily closed for about four and a half hours. Due to this, passengers will not be able to get many types of services.
